Chrissy and her team at Made in the Shade were excellent! She was professional, competitively priced, and offered great quality products. Her installation team did a fantastic job and cleaned up when they were finished. We’re very happy with our decision to go with Chrissy and Made in the Shade!

We were interested in purchasing a SunPro awning for our Michigan cottage. When searching for a vendor, we contacted SunPro to assist us in identifying someone near us. We were given the number of Chrissy, owner of Made in the Shade Southeast Grand Rapids. Although Southeast Grand Rapids is about 130 miles from our cottage, Chrissy agreed to assist us. She is the epitome of customer service. We received information about potential options. She visited our location where we discussed needs and received pricing. She was very open in sharing information regarding existing promotions. The level of service was such that we couldn't imagine working with anyone else. We made a wise choice and hope we can generate additional business for her in our area!

Chrissy from Made in the Shade did a fantastic job helping my elderly parents with their window treatment for their sunroom. The process was super simple and she was very thorough and knowledgeable about the different products. My parents did not have previous experience buying custom window treatments and Chrissy made the experience a great one! Would recommend her to anyone!
