We were interested in purchasing a SunPro awning for our Michigan cottage.  When searching for a vendor, we contacted SunPro to assist us in identifying someone near us.  We were given the number of Chrissy, owner of Made in the Shade Southeast Grand Rapids.  Although Southeast Grand Rapids is about 130 miles from our cottage, Chrissy agreed to assist us.  She is the epitome of customer service.  We received information about potential options.  She visited our location where we discussed needs and received pricing.  She was very open in sharing information regarding existing promotions.  The level of service was such that we couldn't imagine working with anyone else. Chrissy from Made in the Shade did a fantastic job helping my elderly parents with their window treatment for their sunroom. The process was super simple and she was very thorough and knowledgeable about the different products.
